Carolyn Wall, CEO & Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Verticom, Ms. Wall was President
of Narrowstep, a broadband TV platform solutions
provider.   Having held top leadership positions at a
number of the nation's most respected media
companies, Ms. Wall has extensive branding,
business development and senior management
experience.

Ms. Wall is member of a very select group of
executives who have the experience and
understanding of both publishing and broadcasting.  
During her eleven years at News Corporation, Ms.
Wall was Publisher of New York magazine, Executive
Vice President of Murdoch Magazines, and Vice
President/General Manager of New York television
station Fox 5.  Prior to her tenure at Newsweek, Wall's
distinguished career includes  President of WBIS+TV,
where she was recruited to execute the vision of ITT
and Dow Jones, creating New York City's first new
broadcast television station.
Robert Foster, President & Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Verticom, Mr. Foster was Vice
President Strategic Business Development &
Corporate Sales for Narrowstep, a broadband TV
platform solutions provider.  Narrowstep went public
in 2006 and two years later sold to public company Kit
Digital (KITD- NASDAQ).  

Mr. Foster has over twenty years of professional
business development expertise and in depth
knowledge of web based technologies and solutions.  
Nearly a decade has been applied to complex video
management over IP Networks (Internet), platforms,
and devices.  Mr. Foster's ability to help company's
make qualified decisions regarding building vs.
buying next generation digital solutions, saves time,
money, and resources.  At his core, he is able to
understand complex business logic and apply them
to existing technologies and systems, while at the
same time understanding how they can be scaled
and operated in the future.  His appreciation for video
(data) and how it inter operates with disparate
technologies and applications provides invaluable
service for his clients.
